Iron Man
Jen and I went to Blacktown to see Iron Man 2. It was brilliant in that witty, kick-ass, edgy soundtrack kind of way. Ah I want a Tony Stark! *grabby hands*
I will never understand why people dismiss fun movies. A movie can be good without being some heavy drama. Like How to Train You Dragon. That movie is BRILLIANT.
What else is new... I have finally hung this picture I bought at a market in London. It's black and white with a red bus and phone booth in the foreground. I also put up this little wall-hanger I bought in Melbourne and I've got some long necklaces hanging on it. Looks quite pretty.
Was watching the football with mum (God help me *shudders*) when I realised one of the local players had come into my store and I'd served him. At the time I knew he was familiar but thought I'd maybe gone to school with him. Considering he's a local celebrity (apparently he's a good player) I'm glad I didn't embarrass myself by asking him if we went to the same school. Brain fail.
I am lamenting the lack of teleportation hardcore. Jen, my nerdy brother-in-arms, has been accepted to give a paper on Torchwood in Cardiff. I want to go with her SO BADLY. Can you just imagine the two of us in Doctor Who central while she gives a presentation? The world just might combust. Unfortunately I do not have a spare two thousand dollars lying around for flights. WOE OF EPIC PROPORTIONS.
Aaaand I think I've dragged out my procrastination as long as possible. Uni work awaits. Wooh. =/
