(no subject)
So it's been like a month since I last posted (actually just over, but whatever) mainy because I haven't felt like writing and also becase I'm disgusted with myself for sounding so emo in my last post.
Since then, I went on that date I owed Nick and we saw Blades of Glory (soo wrong, but soo funny) and went out with Hemma for a few hours a few days later. We had a company burn and it was a lot of fun. I'll post pictures later. But I got to do a lot of stuff, like EMT practice, since I didn't know what EMT's did on a fire scene besides take care of burns. Anywho, I learned how to cut bunker gear off a firefighter, and I also learned how painfully difficult it is to do. I mean really difficult. It took us like an hour to cut the gear of Frenke, when if we were on the scene, we'd have 5 or less minutes to do it. Man I had no idea just how difficult that was to do, and I pray to whoever htat it's something I never have to do. Anywho, this was a week after my ambulance accident and it was still a joke amongst everyone. But later on we were on our way back to firehouse after the burn and we came up to a scene, and I'll be damned if our ambulance didn't swerve and ROLL OVER. Man Ive never seen anything like it. I'll post pictures of that later too. It was definatly a shocking sight.
Beyon that, I don't think much has happened. Oh I registered for Summer classes, but right now I'm having problems with the school. They're saying now that I dropped my classes when I did no such thing. Oh well. My dad's gonna help me figure it out later. Oh! And I got a lap top! I'm so excited. He's beautiful. <3 OHHH! And Monday I take my EMT written final, thursday is the practical final, and then the 4th of June, I have state testing! I'm so nervous, but I'm so excited. I really wanna get this over with nd be cut loose.
