SPN 5.13
This is going to be short and sweet because I don't have just a whole lot say, but I REALLY liked this episode. I just want to hit the highlights; expect this to be an extremely scatterbrained post without much any deep thought. Just when I thought I couldn't love Castiel more than I already do...Castiel defending the Winchesters against Anna, shooting down her kill-Sam plan, "The answer is still no because Sam is my friend...you come near Sam Winchester and I'll kill you..." Castiel is so freaking awesome that he should have his own show. I really wanted to give him a hug after the time-travel jump. "I'm fine. I'm much better than I expected," followed by spewing blood. You know, when he first appeared in the season four premiere, I never would have believed that I would end up becoming such a Castiel fangirl. They've really done great with his character.
"So, what, you're like a Delorean without enough plutonium?" "I don't understand that reference."
Michael - oooo, the first encounter. And wearing Young!John Winchester at the time. I've got to say, so far I like him. Not as much as Castiel or Gabriel (love them!), but I definitely like him more than Lucifer. Lucifer is just so damn emo. And I never hated Anna the way a lot of people seemed to, but the way Michael just showed up and zapped her was pretty damn awesome. Go Michael!
The Winchester Family car ride. OMG...Sam and Dean finally get that moment that every kid experiences at one time or another, sitting in the back of the car, parents up front, and the "Do not make me turn this car around..." threat. I've got to say I really like Young!John and Young!Mary.
And I think I might have to go to sleep now. Zzzzzzzzz....
