It's that time again folks -- postin' time. Seems I have a bit more itme nowadays to do it, for many reasons:

First off, I have a new job, starting next week-ish. My old boss at the bakery is giving me the runaround about when I can "quit" (despite being laid off, but that's a long and hilarious story for another day), but I'm being firm with her and trying not to let it bother me too much; I am almost out of there, after all.

Said new job doesn't pay as well as I'd like, but it's less than 10 minutes from my house, I do 40 hours a week on a steady, non-changing schedule (unless someone goes out of town, etc), and the company discounts are nice, too. Bottom line: it's a lot easier on me than the management gig, and it will let me earn a bit of money while I'm getting my teaching certificate.

In the meantime, I am thoroughly enjoying the down time I now have quite a bit of. I've started drawing again (THANK GOD) and have some new ideas for short stories. The only thing left to do is hook up that Playstation I've been craving for ages. It's about time I finished Kingdom Hearts 2, dammit.

Oh, and I have something to ask of you, my friends: which do you think is better to get, the Playstation 3 or the Xbox 360? To be honest, I have always hated Xbox in all its forms, but it's the cheaper box and it seems to be getting a lot of the good titles ported onto it... specifically Devil May Cry 4 and Assassin's Creed, among others.

I keep wondering if it's really worth it to shell out the cash for the PS3; I haven't heard word of MGS4 and the Final Fantasy XIII game(s) being ported out to the 360... Is there really a difference in the image qualities? I don't give a crap about the Blu-ray, I just want backwards-compatibility and my favorite new games without digging too far into the piggybank.

Ideas? Comments or advice?

And now, back to coloring for me >.>

But before I go: Happy Singles Awareness Day, everyone ^_^
