I tried Kensington's non-bluetooth, but it kept dropping out, and they told me it was wifi interference, which made it a non-option, so I returned it.
I agree though. Bluetooth would be nice, just to avoid yet another set of cables. In particular, if that were an option, I'd be far more likely to bring my trackball along when I travelled.

I just want one for controlling the Mac Mini (attached to the living room HDTV LCD panel) from my easy chair. Mice need area. Trackballs need much less.
