a lark in the park
The minister for the Cabinet Office has been seen discarding documents into park bins while working outdoors. Not a good look but I'll reserve judgement on how serious it actually is. This line in the Guardian article made me laugh though:

That's idiosyncratic alright. He flagrantly admits to leaving the house while decent people are still in bed dreaming of their first cup of coffee? Tsk!
