Water Problems #6 - Labour: Credit Where Due
Wednesday afternoon - Hadn't heard back from Lib Dems, so wrote e-mail to the Labour Action Team for Bethnal Green North ward about Tower Hamlets council and the water supply/noise nuisance debacle.
Thursday lunchtime - Visit from one of Labour's candidates for council, Carlo Gibbs. Can't fault that for speed!
He impressed by not promising the earth and by being gracious with praise for the work of Cllr Eaton, his political opponent. So now it seems the lead councillor for housing is going to have two people raising the matter with them. Oops, but can't say it hurts.
