Spring is here..... finally.
Last Friday I had the heater on. And a long sleeved jumper. Today I'm hot and bothered, getting about in a camisole top, three-quarter pants and thongs (flip flops/jandals). I have even turned on the airconditioning for the first time this season! *shakes head* Mother Nature must be going through the change of life or something -- she doesn't know whether she's Arthur or Martha!
I've been painting again at home, this time our back room where we do a LOT of living - originally we had plain face brick walls but after 10 years I'm over them (they're soooo 1999, LOL) and want a more contemporary look, hence me painting the walls a lovely latte colour. I have one more wall to go - was going to do it today but the heat was just too energy-sapping; the thought of being up and down a ladder was NOT an appealing one, lol.
The Boys Wot Live Here are all good, looking forward to the holiday break in December already. It was a big day for Mitch for two reasons: the dentist put his braces on today, and we finally decided he was ready for the responsibility for a mobile phone. No prizes for guessing which thing he was more excited about, lol. Both will cost the Foxx Man and I but we should be comforted by the fact that he'll have a great smile to flash while he's networking with his mates, right? *coughs* OMG. I should've been a dentist.
Enjoying TWD, on tv and also reading the comics. I'd never have thought I'd be into something like that, hehe. An interesting character that SWC is playing. She's certainly stirring up a few strong opinions from what I've read so far. Glad to have her back on my screen anyway.
