Conspiracy Theories
I have always enjoyed reading about them, Thats not to say that i believe in them, I just find it fun to try and fit the pieces together and see whats possible or not. Just don't get me started on David Icke
cryptozoology,
This is the Study of Hidden Animals or animals that science doesn't officially recognize yet.e.g. rumors of mammoths living in Siberia. Some of them i find a bit dubious, others i think are possible and some i think are just cases of mistaken identity such as the loch Ness Monster
dinosaurs,
Whats not to like about Dinosaurs if i had a time machine this is the first place i would go. After i have picked up my friends of course ;) I suppose its the mystery, Finding a fossil is like looking at a photograph You know that life happened outside the picture but you can't examine that evidence so you just look at the evidence you have as if its the whole picture and forget. I think that dinosaurs were the start of all the dragon rumors finding large remains people in the middle ages created a terrifying beast from the information that they had at the time. But who actually knows. The Last Dragon is a mockumentary about dragons and uses science to explain the myths away which i found very interesting.
monster films,
This stems back to my dad and the old Ray Harryhausen films films that we used to watch together on Sunday afternoons. My ultimate favorite must be the Tremors Series films and TV show although The Thing (john Carpenter) is a very close second.
paranormal,
I have always like the strange and unusual perhaps because i myself am strange and unusual. There is no specific area of the paranormal that i enjoy most. I wouldn't mind total body control like some of the people in Asia, e.g. raising body temperature, and slowing heartbeat. Recently i have become more interested in past lives and life after death.
star trek,
Always wanted to do something like this when i was younger i would probably be a security chief in charge of all the weapons ;) if i could. I suppose its that space is there in front of us yet we have only just recently (comparatively) got the technology to begin to explore the immediate area around us Who knows whats waiting for us in the great unknown.
sugar,
What can i say i have a mouth full of sweet teeth that just crave cakes, sweets, chocolate you name it.
grrrr arghhhh
