Stayed up past my bedtime to watch The Phantom Tollbooth, part of a TCM salute to Chuck Jones. I've loved the book for ages, and then loved the movie when I first saw it as a kid, so it was so much fun to see it again and I made my husband watch it. I adore Tock, and the Terrible Trivium freaked me the hell out. And the Doldrums! And now I have some of the songs stuck in my head.

If I ever become an author, I'm taking Faintly Macabre as my pen name.
