I told you, I don't know what things in your world are like. What I've been cooking is just a certain style, it's not from any specific area.

The book is only a suggestion to learn the cuisine of my homeland, Herr Aligoté. You would, of course, be more than welcome to add whatever personal flair would best improve the meal.
