Finally got a moment with Kabell, to ask him if he'd perform the ceremony for Nuc and my wedding... only to have guests show up. I wish he'd let me in on more of what's going on, it's driving me mad.

He's left us again, this time to pursue some kind of business arrangement involving him buying Club Masumune in Shinjuku. Very painful experience for me, and I'm afraid in some ways I made it worse. I almost feel like not calling anyone my father or my brother since it seems like the people I grace with these honors wind up leaving me standing all alone again...
