I'm supposed to be writing job application narrative statements this weekend, so--um, prompt me for commentfic with which I can bribe myself one-fic-one-statement?

I will probably work best off of prompts in the form of "The scene where blah blah blah happens."

Hmm. How about the one where the marines explain the electoral college to Ronon/Teyla? Or John flies the team to Hawaii. Or Woolsey tells Sam that he gets it now (or is beginning to). Or Teyla and Jack (for some reason) get stuck in an elevator together. Or John and Rodney systematically sample every pizza place in Colorado Springs during one of their annual two-week briefing-type-things. Or Ronon fails to be impressed by skateboards. Or Chuck somehow winds up on baby-duty. Or Jack and Cam order steak (again, for some reason) and are served squid instead.

...er, I can keep going all day.

:D am so glad you like it! I can see that plate pretty clearly in my head, one of those couscous-like dishes where even after you eat everything on top, there are tentacles hiding.

This? Is Just Plain Awesome. I have no words for how awesome it is. I can only point and say things like: "Daniel. And Cam. And Jack! Jack eating squid and being sarcastic and teaching aliens to curse! Facilitating communication! SQUID!" At that point it degenerates into nonverbal flailing.
