I really love the language in this, like: Some of it is burned; some is bloodied. Some of it is zats.

It's sharp, but playful, like Jack is. This really sounded like him. The dumb reindeer were adorable too. I like that they got dialogue. *g*

And YAY HAPPY ENDING with HUGS.

Thank you so much for the feedback! It's good to hear that the Jack voice works; this is the first time I've really written Jack.

Sometimes I feel like the objective in my fanfic career is to make all of these characters hug as much as possible. I think I'm okay with that.

I'm echoing runpunkrun, but yes, this is a great Jack voice. I've read very little SG-1 but this is the pairing after my own heart. A great take on a fanfic staple. Thanks!

Yay, I'm so glad it works! Try as I might, I could not make Jack actually have the "I love you, but I love all of you" conversation. It's probably for the best.
