The answer is yes. Many of us are dangerously close to the breaking point. It's Grade 12, stuff is getting stupid, and all of us are under a lot of pressure. The current environment of the school, or more accurately my classes reminds me of a mental hospital.
These mental hospitals typically involved those with opsessive compulsive disorder, chronic depression, megolomanics (we all know who), and those dealing from mental breakdowns.
I know the history of psychiatry. It's not a pseudo-science, so suck it Mr. Cruise, if that is your real name. We're breaking down, might as well admit it. So if someone is a little curt with you, or a little impatient, or cuts you with a switchblade, remember to have patience, because we're all about to lose it.
Some among us are less stressed. Don't worry, they've merely lost it. The only people that aren't stressing are the mushy middle people and they won't fail, and should get to average universities. The rest of us are rather failing, or close to failing, or reached way beyond our means in university choices, or some combination thereof.
We need a vent, and hopefully we can all agree that a school shooting is not the answer. I'm looking at you Math kids. If you're going to crack take a day off, it's really quite easy. I take days off as need be. Don't waste your time off doing work, you'll only get caught in an endless cycle of catch-up. Wait for a slow day and sit home drinking maitais.
It's the Garfield philosophy, and if you don't like Garfield, well, you can go hang yourself with some eletrical cord.
