He is a Scottish Actor and has been cast as our new Tenth Doctor. He currently playing Detective Carlysle in Blackpool currently screening on the ABC on Wednesday night. He was the lead in Casanova which aired a few weeks ago and had the role of Bartie Crouch Jnr (the dark intense leather clad man) in Harry Potter: Goblet of Fire.

He's also my current fancrush.
