Well, today was shaping up to be pretty interesting. Ling Tong had spent the morning out in the woods, helping Elphaba look for books, and now he had another friend to meet. He wondered just when he'd started looking to the people here for companionship...at first, he'd shut himself away, not wanting to get to know anyone when he was trying to get home as soon as he could. But since it didn't seem to be possible...well, he might as well make the best of being someplace peaceful for once.

He called out to the young man sitting on the beach, waving a little. "Are you Mikey?" he asked. He'd talked to the other nunchaku user over the boxes, but hadn't met him in person before. This lesson should prove to be...an adventure.
