seinfeld -vs- friends

which type of buddies and pals would you rather have? i realized today that my ideal friends group would be more of the "seinfeld"/"farscape" variety. are they perfect? no! they're quirky, quirky, quirky! they all have weird ideas and look like a mötley crüe when you see them all together. george wears sweatpants, jerry scratches off the waist number on his jeans and writes in "31", elaine is.... well she's elaine (and the only fashionable one), and kramer wears and does whatever his demented head thinks is cool. i love it! the "friends" buddies look like they all shopped exclusively at express and structure (now express men). and they had love triangles galore. none of that on seinfeld -- jerry and elaine were on-again/off-again, but there was no ross + rachel pining and whining.

it's just a thought i had. your opinion? or even better, what show has the type of friendships that you'd prefer?
