just a quick update:
i have some pics but no USB cable, so those will have to wait a while.
i spent a couple of days in szczecin and am now in my hometown, gryfino. i love it here. i am a 5min walk from a river, a national park and a 10-15 minute drive from forests. basically, it's beautiful.
i think i have finally figured out the currency and no longer stand in a store staring at the coins. i am still in the process of trying every polish beer. there are many. the problem is that i don't write down what i have tried and then forget. i have taken up smoking just as my dad predicted. i plan on smoking while i am here with family but not buying any when i go to krakow. i'm a 'non-smoker' afterall.
perhaps there will be more to say when i return to the city. as for now, i miss you guys but i don't really miss toronto.
