Modern Overbust Low-Back Corset
I was commissioned to make an overbust, low-back corset. I'm still not 100% confident regarding my overbust drafting skills, so I suggested a bra-cup construction, thinking I could simply purchase the cup her size and not fret over bust fit.
Silly me, I thought this would be easier. Boy was I wrong. I gave her a deal, but next time I do a corset with a bra-top, I'm going to charge more than for a traditional overbust. If you are interested in commissioning a corset with a bra-top, please contact me either here or through my Etsy shop. It can have any style of bottom you want (high or low back, paneled or gored, tight or light lacing, etc.), and all design elements are negotiable. Base price for a modern overbust is $300 (plain cotton cover with no embellishments).
