The bat-faced monster

Jeremy's been telling Charlotte stories about the bat-faced monster who takes away children who whinge and moan.  They're taken to the Island of Whinging and Moaning, of course.  Now when Charlotte starts to whine or cry she'll say, "I don't want the bat-faced monster to come!"  Other times he's her best friend.  This was her in the car yesterday:

Jessica: --crying--
Charlotte: Jessica, I'm calling the bat-faced monster.  Hello, bat-faced monster, can you come and take Jessica away?  Thank you.
