Does anyone on here have personal memories of the Kaycee Nicole cancer scam? I've been wanting to put together an effortpost about it for tumblr, as the userbase there goes into its ~ninth month of getting scammed by "Gazan refugees" on GoFundMe. I watched the Kaycee Nicole drama unfold semi-live, but I was only 18 and wasn't really involved in the nascent blogosphere. (A little preview of remarkable pull-quotes on tumblr here.)
