Name: Obsidian Arcticglow
Appearance: Obsidian stands about 5 foot 5. She has long dark curly brown hair, that often appears black, and dark green eyes. She's on the pale side, and athletically built.
Family Background: Her mother, Onyx Arcticglow is a half-blood who had been raised in France. Her father, Darius Arcticglow, was a pureblood, but is dead. She has been living with his parents while going to school at Beaux Batons, since she didn't want to leave school when her mum and her half-sister and her dad decided to move back to England.
However, because she missed her family so much, even though she loves France, Sidi had spoken to her Mother about letting her return to England to attend Hogwarts.
Year in school: Obsidian entered Hogwarts as a 1st year Student
Wand: 10 inches long and made of English Oak with a Unicorn Core, and is slightly springy
Personality: Obsidian (aka Sidi to her friends and family) is quiet and tends to be shy until she warms up to people. Soft spoken, she often prefers to listen instead of speaking up, and always curious and thirsting for knowledge on any subject, she likes to gather all information possible before drawing conclusions.
She is fiercely loyal to her dreams and goals, and will do anything she has to, to achieve them. Having grown up with her grandparents, she was slightly more isolated than her other friends, so she holds what friendships she does have close to her heart, willing to fight to the death for those she cares about
Pets: White-Faced Barn Owl named Snowdrop, Black Cat named Sabre.
Favourite Subjects: Potions, Charms, Transfiguration, Care of Magical Creatures, Herbology
Special Abilities: Obsidian is quite good at charms and potions, and she is intrigued with the spells transfigure things and people.
Interests/Hobbies: Besides being in her favorite school classes, Sidi enjoys painting and writing in her journal, as well as writing short stories and poetry. She also enjoys getting lost in a good book, singing, and spending time outside with her black cat, Sabre and Owl, Snowdrop. Sidi also loves watching Quidditch.
