Most imps are rolled and taped. All imps and bottles I send will be wrapped with teflon tape at the top to prevent any leaks during shipping, and all are sent in bubble mailers. I also include frimps such as teas or candies in every order. Please let me know if you're allergic or against anything so I don't accidentally send something you wouldn't ( Read more... )

Hi,
Just wanted you to know that I got it this week safe & sound, thanks.

You advertised Murder of Crows as being "(full, clean decant from TempestTeapot)". It actually was only about 10% full. So now what?

And just for future reference, even though you shipped in a bubble mailer, I don't feel that the imps were very safe in just a sandwich bag. In the past I have received another package that way & it was nothing but broken glass & oil stains. We were just lucky this time. Using bubblewrap around the imps before placing in a bubblemailer adds a bit more protection. It also keeps them stationary which helps to protect against breakage as well.
