Today Has Been Okay

I'm following a trend.
Things I Have To Do This Weekend:
- Read No god but God
 - Hezbullah
 - The Crisis of Islam
 - New York Times
 - Movement of Movements to page 200
- Research various publications in search of an appropriate magazine to send some poetry to.
- Edit and select such poetry to be sent off.  (Because I should be, and I'm not.  So, I'm going to.)
- Hang out with Jill...I know, but if I don't write it down, it might not happen.
- Also hang out with Kaitlin.
- Catch up on math homework--to the point that I'm almost ahead.  Almost.
- Drink coffee...weird thing to put on a list, but I haven't been doing so much of it lately.
- Watch Night of Too Many Stars.  It's for a good cause!
- Smile.
Yeah...well, it's not at all a busy weekend.  Though I do have a paper due on Friday.  I still have no idea what the paper is going to actually focus on.  My fear is that it won't focus at all on globalization, and it's supposed to.  I just don't like the topics usually associated with globalization, and it's hard to manipulate one I do enjoy into something worthwhile and original.  Yeah, yeah, I know I could do globalization's affect on the Middle East: terrorism, but someone's already got his eye on that, and terrorism as globalization just sounds more exciting.  Proving it, however, a pain in the ass...but interesting, nonetheless.  Hopefully, by reading various books this weekend I can come up with something that is not only about terrorism as globalization, but also about economics and shit that globalization usually involves.  Maybe...hopefully...otherwise my paper will be subject to failure on the basis that it completely veers from the subject matter.
Anyway....
The good news: well...I don't think I failed my POLS exam.  But, then again, how am I to know?  Er, I've made a new friend.  That's damn good news.  Gotta like making new friends.
All The Same, I Miss You
