Let's see... Quick status update...
Got new internet installed. Yay. It's about 13 times faster for downloading than my previous connection. DSL was 384 down, 384 up, and cable is now 4096 down, 384 up... But since cable has lower overhead, the upload is about 5KB/s faster than it was with DSL. The guy who installed it was dumb and told me my modem wouldn't work, but as soon as he left, I called customer support and they said... uhh... yes it will (which is what everyone I asked up until the install guy said), so we switched service from the rental he left to my old modem... Then I had to drop off the rental back at their office... which was dumb since it was their fault, but whatever... When I dropped it off, they said the rental wasn't even on my account... So I could have just kept it and not paid exra, heh. Whatever... It works and it's super fast... nearly half a meg a second. The wireless for the laptop slows it down, haha.
They sent me a larger hard drive for the laptop. The new one is a lot quieter. 40 gb now (upgrade from 10). Cool.
Few days ago, we found a rabbit in our front yard... Now we have a new pet. Heh. Odd.
Umm... So yea... I'm toying around with the idea of calling the psychologist appointments off. They don't seem to be going anywhere. She's nice, but doesn't seem to really be helping anything.
New medication... I'm not sure if it's doing anything or not, but I have an appointment soon...
Something happened in our neighborhood last night. Not sure what, but there was a helicopter circling around for a long time, and there was a cop car or something at the end of the street at 1 am.
