Happy weekend!

What's up for the weekend?

They predicted rain here for most of the weekend and from looking out the window right now, I'd agree that it's not going to stop any time soon. So, I think I'll stay indoors and read...something cosy...a book and a cup of coffee... Mmmm sounds like a plan!

No, I haven't. What's that one about.

Guess what...this week I just started "Through the Storm" by Lynne Spears....that autobiography by Britney Spear's mum. Uh-huh! And actually, it's not bad...I'm enjoying it so far!

Yes we did talk about it. It was only released recently though. Maybe two weeks ago. Yeah, I finished it this weekend and actually really enjoyed it!

Hmmmm, I'm not sure what I'm going to read next. Will have to think about that one... We're going away this weekend so probably won't have time. What do you reckon - maybe something spooky in aid of Halloween?! I have a couple of Stephen King's that I haven't read yet...might be time to open one of those...

Cool!! Can't wait to read your letter :-) I've already got my stationery ready for my reply...Halloween inspired of course! ;-P

Spooky for Halloween sounds good ;) I´m waiting to get my hands on the latest Charlaine Harris´,-her books aren´t exactly spooky but vampire stuff anyway, and absolutely hilarious,I just LOVE her Sookie-series :)They´re kinda like a mix between vampire thriller and a chick book,LOL!

Halloween inspired stationery sounds cute ;)..do you btw celebrate Halloween in Australia?

Ohhhh! That book sounds great!

I think we talked about Halloween before. No, it's not really celebrated here. Kids don't go trick or treating etc like in America. But, you can buy Halloween decorations. So, I think some kids might have spooky parties with their friends at home. But it's not a big thing like it is in the U.S. But, me who likes spooky things...likes to buy any Halloween stationery if I can find it. You know me...! Hee hee. ;-P

Oh yeah,I think we did..hmm,guess I´m getting old and forgetfull, lol!! Luckily it doesnt show, just today a lady at work said she had always thought I was tops 25...ha! I have a friend thought who´s your age,and she´s always quick to remind me I don´t look younger than I am,it totally cracked me up once we sat somewhere and I mentioned someone having thought I was younger and she said with rrrreally icy voice "you know you dont look that young",I had to bite my tongue not to laugh out loud!

Wow, people get so "funny" with the talk of age don't they? I think the lady from your work is just jealous!! From the photos I've seen of you, you do look younger...

Yeah, age can be a touchy subject to some people...more to women than to men,I'd guess.

Thanks ;) You're being a sweetie :)
