(no subject)
I was going to write about our Cali trip, but I can't remember all the details and I thinks when we get out pictures and video back it will come back to me more. In the meantime (also a Helmet song...random thought), Work this week looked a bit bleak at the start but it has started to shape up so that is encouraging. I need to continue and get our house in order so we can start to setup the baby's room and moving thing around. that includes clearing out the garage of all the useless crap that has been piling up lately. Its a tiny enough spot anyways that anymore in there just become unacceptable. So I should go do that tonight and this week.
I was going to try to see if I could make it to the Used show on Friday but the tickets are SUPER expensive...$27! Damn man that is way more than they are worth and they are a really good band. But I would spent that much to see AFI who is coming back (finally!) and playing a club show at the Sodo. not my favorite place but its OK. I wish it was going to be at the REAL showbox like back in the day I saw them during the Art of Drowning era with Thrice and Himsa opening. But I'm just stoked that its a club show as compared to the Wamu THeater where I figured they would of played. SO I gotta get tickets for that before it sells out.
Less than Jake is coming at the end of the month too so we are gonna try to swing that show too...
