So i have to finish the warped review:
Set Your goals were awesome....
Evergreen Terrace was awesome as well....
Norma Jean was amazing. The funny thing is that Megs likes them too. I wouldn't of expected that.
Story of the Year was...well wow. It was good. That band puts out soo much energy its ridicules (?). They need to do a headlining tour real soon.
Rise Against was a good as they have every been.
Say anything suck...I sat through their set and didn't get anything good out of it.
Reel big Fish was so much fun...they finished their set off with their A ha! cover of "Take on me."
Probably the biggest surprise of the day was Amberlin. I have heard of em and heard a couple songs but never got into them. BUt they were really good. Nothing like I would or expected.
We ended up leaving early because Megs was wiped out and there wasn't any other bands we really wanted to see. So we missed Gym class Heros and the Horrorpops...who were the only other bands I actually semi-cared about.
Not as good as last year, but it was a good day. One of these days I will stop going...probably when we have kids or I stop caring about the new bands they throw on there.
OK, its 90 degrees and I need to get into something cooler.
