"A steel framed glass dome covers a vast, decaying circular room. Beyond the glass is visible only grey blue sky and rusting girders. To the right, a vivid red structure of girders fills the hub of the room. A halo of blackened debris surrounds this hub; cabling, tables, a work bench, and a giant wooden reel. The glass dome wraps around the lower edge of the room like a mushroom, giving us a glimpse of the sky below our feet. We are very high up indeed."

Is that really abandoned, or is it still under construction? I would like to eat there when it is finished.

it was suppoised to open in 09 but due to fire suppression issues has been indefinitly postponed...
