[gastronomy] Things that bake at 200degF besides bacon?

ETA I'm back from shopping. Plan is moar bacon (it was on sale!), slow roasting some tomatos, and drying some raspberries.

Tomorrow, I'm planning on doing the slow-bake bacon thing for a few hours. Which is done at 200degF. During that time, I'll have an oven rack free (with only about two inches of clearance). Is there anything else tasty I could be making in there at the same time? All my other recipes start at 350degF.

I'm going to hit the grocery before hand to pick up some last minute necessities before the snow starts. So make your suggestions sooner rather than later, so I have time to get ingredients.
