I'm posting on behalf of my friend. She has a sidekick slide and it has been restarting a lot. It was my understanding that a lot of sidekick slides had this defect so I told her to call tmobile and they should give her a new one. Tmobile is telling her she has to pay 100 dollars for a new one.
So am I incorrect in believing that a lot of sidekick slides were replaced for free because of this issue? Did anyone else have this problem?
