What do I do?
My SK3 is being absolutley retarded. It never gets service and it always turns my wireless on and off and all of the sudden my e-mails just wont come or my aim will shut off. I know I need to send it in, but theres a problem. I have a gigantic crack in my screen from the first week I got it (it got stuck in my bag and a prong popped out :( ) will they not send me a new one if it's broken?
Alternate solution
I was planning on fixing my screen anyways, should I get my screen fixed at this mall place, and THEN whine about my phone?
