I finally feel like I got to that point where I have enough energy in the day to do all I want to do. After California and hurting my foot, I wasn't getting any gym time in for a month and started feeling bad. Now I've been doing kettle bells, push ups, pull ups, sit up machine, and that machine where you push your self up on two bars which I can't remember the name of right now.

I think from doing all these in a row fast I am getting as good cardio as I did from just doing the treadmill and weights.
