my first triathlon of the season is on sunday. i'm totally second guessing myself now. I haven't been swimming much and I haven't been in open water since september. my shoulder has been bugging me and I don't know why as has my hip. I don't have health insurance until June 1 so I haven't been able to go to the doctor.

I'm sure I'll be fine I just will be so so so disappointed if I'm not faster.
