saturday night
Long day. Started early. It was raining when I left. Rain on top of four inches of snow made for a really ugly, mess getting to work. The train was a rolling homeless shelter. Got in, spent most of the day writing and auditing one of the client deliverables. And finished training the guy who's been my shadow all week. Chelsea lost. Bad. Left work around three, took the train home. Did my T&E and wrote up my feedback on the guy who I've been training. Sent that off. I'm kind of exhausted.
It got near forty degrees today, then about noon the bottom fell out. It's now in the single digits, and the wind is insane, beating against the building. The windchill is supposed to be near -20 by morning. Glad I don't need to be anyplace. I plan on sleeping in. I want to do as little as possible tomorrow.
