I found this movie trailer, and its meta was weird. I think they're going for the 20-year-old-male demographic and the Left Behind crowd with the same movie-I wouldn't have thought it possible. What the one loves, the other regards as anathema. But a movie about resisting the apocalypse by blowing up oncoming waves of angels: brilliant. Both groups will hate the underlying idea yet not be able to resist buying a ticket.
I still doubt I'll see it though. What Sony Pictures didn't anticipate is my new experiment in not paying money for anything released by MPAA members. Antichrist indeed.
