chicken cooked in a sweet worchester sauce, served on a bed of rice, and stir-fryed veggies. (our final was we had to use 1 of 3 meats, chicken, beef, or salmon, we got chicken, also we had to use a starch and a minumum of 3 veggies, and to finish it off, the secret ingredient was rosemary or cilantro, which we had to use either in the food or as a garnish.) not the best pic, but hey, whateva.
