Adventures in Deidre Land
Well... after not updating for a few days for various and assorted reasons, I now have some thing new and intiresting to post in here.
And they all occured yesterday-ish.
Well, Sunday I go t my excess check. Yay for monies!!
And I also deposited it that day, but it wasn;t available till yesterday. So I went to the bank to get some monies for group hang out night. I was successful and had teh monies.
And I am happily heading back to the dorm when all of a sudden there is a black car heading diagonaly through the turn lane from the right. I am heading through the turn lane as I was supposed to be doing and I see said car and attempt to get out of the way, but alas it was to late. Smooshing happened along with not fun crunch noises.
Her whole front bumper came off. My right side is all scraped up with the bottom art of the passangeer door down by the wheel well dented in and bent backwards.
The cop was nice. I was tramatized. The lady that was collided with was nice. I was not charged with anything. HSe was I think. So all is sorta well. My car is just pretty beat up right now until it gets fixed.
And Then!!!
The coffee place on campus was where I was heading to get coffee since I had had no lunch and I just want something nice and treat like. The one coffee thing I drink really recquires a blender. Quess what was broken? Yeah. The blender. So no coffee for Deidre.
It was grou hang out night so we wnet to Spanky's For dinner. It was yummy.
Came back to the dorm and the guys played gutiar. And we kept waiting for campus police to come by and tell us that we were being too loud again. And knocks on the door ensued. One from some disoriented guiy smoking ciggartte wanting to know where the MCC was. The next was our RA doing a head check. NAd then the other guy came by wanting to play the guitar, but he got mad? or something and left prolly since the guys were being hesitant about letting him hold their guitars and we girls were hesitant about letting him in the dorm in the first place.
So that was yesterday.
Hopefully today will be better.
