Everything Good Must End
The holidays are coming to an end later this morning at 10am as I go back to campus to start reahersals for the opera. I am sad. I want vacation to last until forever, but alas they cannot and I will be beginning my very last semester of university on Monday. The holidays were nice, lazy and full of family . These times with little to do makes me very aware of the level of my sloth-like qualities. This break was good, great to see friends in Toronto, Julie and I going alittle overboard on New Years and a lovely christmas. But now on to normal life...
Classes this coming semester are mostly on Tuesday , with 2 on Monday and 1 or two on Thursday. So after the opera is over I should think about getting gainful employment. I have also made a very loose plan for the summer and it is all dependant on finances and if I get the job in Italy. But if I do go to Florence I hope to head straight from Florence to Asia on the ...wait for it...Trans Siberian Railway. Apparently on this railway they have the world's longest vodka parties. I am very much itching to adventure and I so want to get my backpack out from under my bed and adventure.
