Hillbilly Sports
I was finally able to finish the first podcast, and now you can listen to the sports thoughts of two rednecks by looking for "Hillbilly Sports" on iTunes. John Swanson and myself tackle the big sports stories of the week, aided by our faithful translator Tom Finnegan. It's the first of hopefully a weekly series of podcasts!
(I do, however, deeply hate the sound of my own voice. It tends to get a little higher when I really get into discussing something, and I end up sounding silly. Now I see why I prefer life behind the camera - even though I have leading-man looks ;-) )
It's also nice to get it up because it took me FOREVER to figure out the technical side of things. Yes, I could have contacted a specialist (i.e. Rich), but it was fun to find the way myself. However, I only have the basics, so if anyone has any advice, I'm all ears.
First the YouTube videos and now starting a podcast - it's barely February and I'm already hitting the ground running on the year. I have a few more surprises coming in the next few weeks, but I'll see how they go before I drop more info on them. But yeah, the new year has brought new excitement for the future!
