Time flies…..

The rest of my Spring break was lovely. Caught a movie with Aldoro, spent more money, watched my bro play Kingdom Hearts II, ate good food, visited Nikki’s appt. at UCSD, and ate at BJ’s pizza with Jen, BJ, Famil, and Sharlene. Good catching up with them. I got the hook-up to Victoria’s Secret, what upppp.

For those of you who don’t know, my grandpa now has my room until august. So when I’m home I’m living in the computer room adjacent to my parent’s room. It kind of sucks just because I can hear them getting ready for work in the ungodly hours of the day. Basically, I didn’t really get to sleep in, but that wont matter during summer because I have to get up to work anyway. Plus, my brother leaves the room in complete disarray. Chris will probably have to sleep on the floor or something once Mike comes back this April and I visit San Diego lololol. But I’m grateful I have a place to sleep and I get to see gramps more often.

So my summer school session starts late June and ends mid July. The class I wanna take is only a few hours MTW. Dunno if I should take another class or not. I don’t know how the workload will be. GOOD NEWS: I’ll be able to see Gatsbys headlining tour at least twice…the one in San Diego and the Anaheim one. SCORE! I might go to the one in LA depending on my financial situation. It’ll be worth it…’c mon…headlining tour? A must see x3.

School is nuts. The first rain of school it was down pouring and continued to do so until Wednesday. Seriously, on Monday the rain did NOT stop. It was so annoying. My Mass Communications and Children class seems really interesting. Power outage on Wednesday didn’t help. The prof seems nice. I don’t like the room’s chairs though. My Comm Technology & Organization Professor is really intimidating. I’m not looking forward to putting in my participation points for that class. He wants to create a low pressure environment, but the way that he conducts class tells me otherwise. Supposedly he’s a good teacher though. Illustrated History of France seems cool, I have an English professor…her voice reminds me of Moe from GUTS. Kind of boring at times though…I fell asleep for a bit today. Lot of reading :/ . Asian Americans in the Workplace should be fun and knowledgeable. I like my Instructor, I’ve had him as a TA before, he’s really chill and honestly maintains a low-pressure environment.

Rain basically ruined my plan of starting to run again. Ed needs to mow the backyard because the weeds are getting high. I might try running tomorrow anyway. Hopefully the soil isn’t moist…I mean bedraggled.

So I’m working 3 hours a day, 4 days a week. 12 hours total, like last quarter. I’m not too fond of those 6-9pm shifts though. This week felt a little crazy, but I’m sure once I get used to my schedule I’ll be able to adapt. I go to school and work twice as much as last quarter….rising gas prices are killer.

New Degrassi episodes start Friday.
