Season Finale
We put together a nice game this afternoon.
I think I pulled something in the groinal area.. Yep.
Shat was consitant with his lobbing of pitches.. he is quite the terrible pitcher. But he did request that I give him "props" for striking me out twice, so, here be the props.
Our team (Me, Otello, Frank, Juan Cruz/Chris, Lee) had a 20-0 lead going into the third inning. But, Juan had to go to work so Chris replaced him.. then we went into a funk and all of a sudden the score was 41-21!
We managed to bring it up to 30 something but it was too little too late. It was a perfect day for baseball, it really put me back in a good mood. I couldn't have asked for a nicer afternoon..
Otello got stung by a bee in the neck while running to third base. I find it beyond funny how all the misforunate yet absolutely hilarious things never fail to happen to him.. ha.
Last game of the summer though. -Sigh- We had some good ones. I am going to miss it, without a doubt.. when I'm cooped up in the dorm or inside a classroom all winter. Yeah..
It looks like the Phillies are about to put a victory away but, knowing them, I don't want to jinx anything until it's all said and done with..
