Ok, I don't hate Valentines Day, I just always can't wait till it's over cause it just seems like all this lovey dovey crap that my life is missing is constantly shoved in my face for a month;
ANYWAY, what I mean to say is, Valentines Day has always meant something else to me, I guess.
I was born 4 months premature (on Dec. 12), and I had to stay in the hospital for 2 months to get strong enough to leave the hospital.
I was let out of the hospital on Feb 14, 1983.
My mom has always made this day about showing me how much she loves me, which she does all the time, but the day means a lot to her.
She's still in the hospital and when I went to see her on Sunday, one of the things that most upset her was that she wouldn't be able to give me anything or take me out for Valentines Day.
So, all in all, I just hate Valentines Day this year.
