subject concerning outlooks on women sexuality

i was reading in nurtureyournature.org, that women/females who tend to have a low to moderate sexual drive tend to skew towards a low self image, while women who have what is considered a normal sexual drive (not concerning the number of partners, but concerning how she presents herself, the amount of attention she tries to bring on herself, and also her outlook on the respect of herself/body) tended to sexually mature after high school and with partners whom they love, or have loved. lastly, it is understood that women with high sexual drives and aggressive outlooks on sexuality, tended to have experienced some form of sexual contact at an early age (this is not to say rape/molestation) in order to feel that they were worth something to themselves and their peers around them. these catagories of women tend to go into their twenties, and even thirties, believing that in order to completely "express" themselves, they will allow themselves to "jump into bed" with any man/woman whom they feel they have a "connection" with or attraction to - this is presumabley done due to the fact that it makes these women feel empowered and accepted.

that's a summary in my own words, but i found it to be very interesting, because when i lived on campus i would see the type of behavior found in the "third type of women" all around me. it seems many females crave attention to such an extreme level that they would just as quickly have sex as they would give a hug. though sex should not be as uptight as it was 50 years ago, i still believe that there is a sort of image attributed to a female (or male) when they find themselves living a very "loose"lifestyle. this makes me think that perhaps these people, though seemingly confidant, actually have (or have had) issues concerning social development - either through lack of acceptance or the lack of attention given to them as children.

the reason im thinking of this is because it came up in class a few days ago and i found it interesting enough to research.

there you go, my contribution to higher learning!

i think ill post this on my myspace blog also, due to the fact im sure only kira, rob, and chris even read my lame entries...
