Café de L'Enfer

I've been meaning to share this for awhile now ~ I originally saw these photos in one of the communities I belong to and I had to find out more about it because it looks so incredible.

A little info:

Le Café de L'Enfer was a Hell-themed café in Paris' red light district (aka Pigalle, the neighborhood of the Moulin Rouge), created in the late 19th century and operating up 'til sometime around the middle of the 20th. It doesn't exist anymore but DUDE, can you even believe the awesomeness?!?

Someone decided to open up another bar next door called "Le Ciel" a.k.a. Heaven! HAHAHAHAHHAH! I think that's hilarious!!

Here's a shot of the amazing interior with cool ass peeps just chillin'.

This last photo is actually a print that is supposedly available in Parisian gift/souvenir shops, and is dated 1952. I would love a print of this for myself! I know it's a long shot but if anyone has access to one of these i will pay you and be indebted to you for life!
