Habits that are hard to break
In this case, pertaining toilets.
1) I always take off my glasses before going to the toilet if it is to pee or poo.
2) I cannot poo if there is another person in the adjacent room. Usually I would just wait for the other person to leave, or pick another toilet in another part of the house. I might be able to pee, but it'll take some high mental concentration.
3) I always look into the mirror by the sink. Some nights after a horror movie, I'm inclined to imagine seeing the reflection of a rotting corpse behind my back. Scared me plenty as a kid. Still. It's better to know what you're up against, eh?
