Well then, it's been a while hmm? 'Long time since I've gathered my thoughts. Let's have a look at the current situation: Thom and I are still here in Princeton. Our money is not in our hands, but yet in the hands of others(I'll get to that soon). And the place of residence is being sold, forcing us all to move (This too..). On top of that we're having trouble getting our own place of residence. Because of course you need a job to get a place and a place to get a job.
It seems as if nothing and everything has been going on at the same time. During the few months a handful of things have happened.
In chronological order..
-Thom's mom and stepdad seperated. Causing..
-Her not to be able to pay grandparents the rent.
-Some clerical error from social security put Becky in debt upwards $60 grand, Thom: $3,000 None of which was in his posession.
-The family dog of 8 or so years had to be put down after biting Thom.
-Grandparents decide to sell the property that has been in their family for over 50 years.
-Thom's stepdad Bob spent our remaining $1,000.
-Becky brings Thom's bank account to -$150. Twice. Second time being now and growing.
-Our new puppy was hit by a car and killed. Christmas Eve nonetheless.
Needless to say some of these have been setbacks for everyone. But it's all good I promise. Being kicked out date is January..something. Thom's biological father is helping to find us a room to rent for cheap. Thom will most likely be given his job back at Davanni's which will be temporary. Eventually he'd like to put his administrative education to use and do piercing on the side. And he would like to go back to school part time. As for me I am thinking about doing some courses from home and hopefully do childcare again. Anyways, in conclusion I think it's safe to say living in the sticks is not for me.
