trust

i seem to have some major trust issues, i cant figure out if people arent trustworthy or if im just paranoid?! i would love to be able to trust but it seems like any time i let my guard down i get screwed. i wonder if anyone truly 100% trusts anyone 100% of the time? doubtful!

That is a really, really good question. I think you're right, and that you might be on to something there. But that begs the question, Do we have unreasonable high expectations of people? Or, perhaps should we be looking for something other than complete trust?
What is most important when connecting with people?

i wanna say complete honesty isnt having unreasonably high expectations, then i start to think is anyone 100% honest? even if is some thing small like telling someone your fine when your not?! i guess it does seem unfair to ask of somebody something you cant even give.
