I have returned! (if only to post so I don't have to get started on my paper). Anyhow, as usual life is good.
I went to a "kickboxing" class at school tonight. I say that only in the loosest sense. I went expecting to learn some kind of technique and perhaps spar a bit. What I got was pure Billy Blanks bullshit. I officially lost about 10-20 straight points tonight, and am currently mourning the loss of them. However, it was a good work out. Not something I'll be doing often (if at all).
As always, a Devin Jones post wouldn't be complete without a band post. Since last episode, things have completely changed. I now play bass for the band (told ya), and we have agreed upon the name of Celestial Reign. We're currently recording a demo. It is of quite high quality thusfar. We are also looking for a drummer. Don't all apply at once now.
School has been a bit rough. There be shitloads of reading. I'm doing alright thusfar, but in typical Devin Jones fashion, I will more than likely fall behind due to apathy. Fun stuff eh?
On top of all that luscious bullshit, I am making new friends, drinking my ass off, trying in vain to cut back on eating and begin working out more, and generally living the normal college life.
Now that I've talked your ears off and melted your brain with boredom, I shall resign to continue my paper. PISS
